Shipping Policy

Welcome to our shipping policy. Our shipments usually arrive within 3-8 days. To prevent delays, be sure to enter your shipping information accurately.

Once you place your order, it will be dispatched to our shipping team within the next business day. When the shipping team gets your order ready, you will receive a notification with tracking information. Once the carrier has your package, the tracking number and link will have the most up-to-date information regarding the package location. At this point, for more specific information, please contact your local USPS, UPS, or FedEx shop to help as they will have the best tools to locate packages for you.

In the rare occurrence of your EZ-Therapy order gets lost in shipping, a new order will be delivered free of charge.
