Just got mine today! Delivery was pretty fast. Shipped within 1-2 days and came with tracking. The bands are good quality and durable. All the attachments work really well and great for many exercises. Excited to finally work out again!
Not going to the gym for a while with everything that’s going on, these are a perfect alternative. Can do almost any exercise with these and putting all the bands together is seriously heavy!
I've only had these for a sort time so my review can only cover durability etc with this in mind. After previously owning some resistance bands without handles, I was looking for some that were easier to use. To date, these have been a great purchase. The different colour bands are clearly labelled according to weight and the handle, foot and door attachments are very easy to use
Found this to be a great buy. The bands come in five different resistances to allow for a greater range of exercises you can do.
For the Arnold Schwarzenegger's out there, you can easily pair the bands up to increase the resistance
So many resistance choices as well as door attachments and ankle straps, so lots of possibilities with these resistance straps. Quality seems very good and all for such a reasonable price!!!
